Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Jo Gorman d/b/a JoGo ("JoGo", "we", "us") for your use of freespinjogo.com and the demo games on it (the "Site"). By using the Site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 19 years old to use the Site. By using it, you confirm that you are 19 or older and that using the Site is lawful where you live. We may ask you to confirm your age and may close any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 19.
2. Free-to-play only
All games on the Site are free demos for entertainment only.
No real money can be wagered, deposited or won.
No prizes, cash, goods or anything of monetary value are awarded.
Virtual credits have no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged or withdrawn.
We may reset, change or remove virtual credits at any time.
The Site is not a gambling service. Results in demo games do not predict results in real-money games.
3. Your account
Some games are available without an account. Registering gives you access to our full demo library. You agree to give accurate information, keep your password secure, and hold only one account. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.
You can close your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing [email protected].
4. Rules of use
You must not:
Use bots, scripts, cheats, exploits or automated tools.
Copy, modify, reverse engineer or extract our games, code or content.
Interfere with the Site's security or operation, or try to access accounts or systems without permission.
Use the Site to promote gambling services or any other business.
Create multiple accounts or share your account.
Use the Site for anything unlawful, harmful or misleading.
5. Our intellectual property
The Site, the games, the JoGo name and logo, and all related graphics, sounds and code belong to Jo Gorman d/b/a JoGo or our licensors. We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to play the demo games on the Site for your own entertainment. No other rights are granted.
6. Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback about our games, we may use them freely without owing you anything.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account, or limit your access, if you break these Terms, if we believe you are under 19, or if required by law. We may also change, pause or discontinue the Site or any game at any time.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and games are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or available in every location. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Because the Site is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to CAD $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you, including Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.

11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for significant changes, notify registered users by email at least 30 days in advance. If you keep using the Site after the changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the laws of the province where you live.
